People have  been giving

This is my grandaughter, Alayna Frederick.  Alyson and David's youngest child.
This is the most beautiful woman in the whole world ever, My wife Vicki.

    Thank you for your advice on the 5k. I'm not a runner by nature at all, but I've always wanted to be. Anyway, I appreciate it. I'll probably add hills this week...
